These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Logicanvas.io (“we”, “us”, “our”) websites, products, and services. By engaging us, visiting our sites, or paying for work, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Logicanvas.io provides technology and business services including software development, AI work, infrastructure, operations support, and related consulting. Contact: hello@logicanvas.io.
2. Services & proposals
Scoped work is defined in a written proposal, statement of work, quote, or email agreement (the “Agreement”). If these Terms conflict with a signed Agreement, the Agreement controls for that engagement.
Estimates are based on information you provide. Material scope changes may require revised fees and timelines.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access, feedback, content, and decisions.
- Ensure you have rights to materials you supply.
- Designate a decision-maker for approvals.
- Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.
Delays on your side may extend delivery dates and, where agreed, fees.
4. Fees & payment
Fees, deposits, milestones, and payment methods are stated in the Agreement. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid after notice.

5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: upon full payment of amounts due for a deliverable, you own the custom work product created specifically for you under that Agreement. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how, and generic components. We may use anonymised project experience in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Warranties & disclaimer
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in an Agreement, services and sites are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms (hosting, WordPress, payment providers, cloud vendors, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, lost profits, or consequential damages.
9. Websites & acceptable use
You may not misuse our websites (including scraping that harms service, attempting unauthorised access, or distributing malware). We may update site content without notice.
10. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement as set out in the Agreement or, if silent, with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work performed and non-cancellable costs incurred through the effective end date. Refund rules still apply as in the Refund Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, unless an Agreement specifies otherwise. Disputes should first be raised in good faith with hello@logicanvas.io.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for new work.
